UK ACCIDENT STATS 2005/2006;
The latest on road Traffic Accidents are now available, and show a slight improvement.

2006, 3172 fatal, 28673 serious injury and 226559 slight.
So there is light at the end of the tunnel

FOR LGV AND PCV DRIVERS&lt - From September 2008, all PCV drivers will have to undergo 35 hours training, in every 5 year period. From September 2009, all LGV drivers will have to complete the same training. This is an EU directive and the Driving Standards Agency will be administering the training. Full details in due course.
